TREK TO THAGNAK (4,360m)

AM: Trek 4-5hr from Khote (3,600m) to Thagnak (4,360m).
Stay: Thagnak tea house (at least 2 nights).
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

DAY 7: TUESDAY 3 MAY 2022
ACCLIMATISATION DAY: Thagnak

AM-PM: Second evening in Thagnak for cautious acclimatisation. Includes 5hr walk up to 5,100m & back again.
Stay: Thagnak tea house.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

DAY 8: WEDNESDAY 4 MAY 2022
TREK TO BASE CAMP: KHARE (4,950m)

AM: Trek 4-5hr from Thagnak (4,360m) to Khare Base Camp (4,950m).
Stay: Khare tea house (at least 2 nights).
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

DAY 9: THURSDAY 5 MAY 2022
ACCLIMATISATION DAY: khare

AM-PM: Second evening in Khare for cautious acclimatisation. Gear training.
Stay: Khare tea house.

DAY 10: FRIDAY 6 MAY 2022
SNOW TREK TO MERA LA (5,415m)

AM: Snow-trek 3-4hr from Khare (4,950m) to Mera La (5,415m).
Stay: Full service tent camp (at least 1 night).
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

DAY 11: SATURDAY 7 MAY 2022
SNOW TREK TO HIGH CAMP (5,800m)

AM: Snow-trek 3-4hr from Mera La (5,415m) to High Camp (5,800m). View 5 of the world's 6 highest mountains.
Stay: Full service tent camp (at least 1 night).
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

DAY 12: SUNDAY 8 MAY 2022
SUMMIT MERA PEAK (6,476m)

02:00: Snow-trek 5-6hr from High Camp to Mera Peak (6,476m). Descend 4hr to Khare Base Camp (4,950m).
Stay: Khare tea house (1 night).
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner.

DAYs 13-14: MONDAY 9 - TUESDAY 10 MAY 2022
CONTINGENCY DAYS

Extra nights at Khote, Thagnak, Khare, Mera La and/or High Camp may be needed for potential altitude, gastro, body/feet, weather issues. If no need, we’ll spend these nights at Everest Summit Lodge, Lukla (2,860m), home of infamous Tenzing Hillary Airport.

DAY 15: WEDNESDAY 11 MAY 2022
50th everest feast, kongde (4,250m)

AM: Private helicopter from Khare (4,950m) to Everest area (8,849m) to Everest 50th feast at the world's highest luxury lodge, Kongde (4,250m) to Kathmandu (1,400m).
Stay: Dwarika’s Resort, Kathmandu.
Meals: Breakfast (Khare), brunch (Kongde), dinner (Kathmandu Dwarika’s).

DAY 16: THURSDAY 12 MAY 2022
RELAxation day … FLY TO SINGAPORE (15m)

AM-PM: Relax at the spa resort for the day (late 6pm checkout).
